Qigong Class Offerings
• Drop-in class Saturday mornings 9 am (Park City Community Church)
$10, or an 8-punchcard for $65 - cash, check or venmo @Layla-Ward-0
• Online donation class Thursday evenings 7 pm (Starting August)
• For classes at The Promontory Club and The Basin Rec Fieldhouse sign up and pay via their systems.
No equipment needed. Qigong is done standing, either barefoot or in shoes.
