The gentle, releasing exercises and moving meditations of qigong guide us out of our heads, into our bodies, reconnecting us with the whole of our being - a richer, broader sense of the vast mystery of who we are, what we desire, and the unique gifts we bring to the world.
People have been practicing Qigong for centuries to calm the mind, clear the heart, heal the body, and connect with the soul. Join us and see how easy and fun it is to tap into your own wellspring of healing energy!

Layla Ward
Certified Qigong Instructor
MS Gerontology
Qigong was recommended to Layla in 2019 as a way to heal a chronic condition she developed ten years earlier. She became a Nick Loffree certified Qigong instructor in February of 2022 and has been teaching weekly Qigong in Park City for two years. Layla holds an MS in Gerontology, with an emphasis in adult education & developmental growth in the second half of life. She previously taught at the Osher Institute, a college for older learners, leading a course she designed called Women Growing into Wisdom. Teaching qigong feels like the next step in her journey of sharing the possibilities of expansion and growth in later life. Layla loves the Bryce Canyon area.
