Community Qigong class is drop-in and $10, or an eight punch card for $65.
You may bring cash, check or Venmo @Layla-Ward-0 the day of class.
For classes at The Promontory Club and The Basin Rec Fieldhouse sign up and pay via their systems.
No equipment needed. Qigong is done standing, either barefoot or in shoes.
